StatPhys29 – 2025 Florence, Italy

Florence is pleased to invite all the scientists on the occasion of StatPhys29, for a congress in the name of sharing, equity and promotion of science all over the world.

The StatPhys29 National Scientific Committee is looking forward to welcome you all!

The Statistical Physics (C3) Commission of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) has entrusted the organization of StatPhys29 to the Italian Society of Statistical Physics. This conference serves as the premier gathering for the global statistical physics community and is held every three years.

The conference is scheduled to take place in Florence from July 13th to 18th, 2025.

The conference committees have already been established, and the process of selecting plenary and invited talks is underway. Registration and submission of contributed talks and posters will open in late 2024, with specific dates to be announced on the conference website.

An official call for proposals for Satellite Conferences, Workshops, and Schools will be forthcoming. If you are interested in organizing such an event, please reach out to the Chair/co-Chair of the conference.

Looking forward to welcoming you to STATPHYS29 in Florence.

We encourage you to regularly visit the conference website for the latest updates and information.
Stay tuned!

    Conference policies

Statphys29 will be conducted in accordance with IUPAP principles as stated in the IUPAP resolution passed by the General Assembly in 2008 and 2011. In particular, no bona fide scientist will be excluded from participation on the grounds of national origin, nationality, or political considerations unrelated to science. It is the policy of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) that all participants in Union activities will enjoy an environment which encourages the free expression and exchange of scientific ideas, and is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation IUPAP Conference Policies.
